Kiki and I drove over to Brookshire a couple of days ago. We ate lunch at this place, a very typical Texas BBQ joint called Pop's. They had a couple of picnic tables out front; the whole place was decorated (and I use that word loosely) in Texas junk. The sandwiches, however, were out of this world good!
